D Street Hotels
The MCCA D Street Hotels project features two Starwood brand hotels; one 330 room; Aloft and one 180 room; Element as well as 16,000 sq ft of retail space. The Aloft hotel is geared towards the next generation of traveler with shorter stays and less amenities, whereas Element is to be considered more focused on longer stays providing a fitness center, bike-share and public spaces.

This 468,000 square foot, 9-story, multi-tenant office building, with parking garage, is located in Boston’s burgeoning seaport district area. The asset contains large and flexible floor plans, high ceilings and outstanding floor loads not to mention close range access to transit and major highways. 451D also has a healthy capacity for technology, telecom and data center tenants given the building’s ideal location on the Boston fiber network, unparalleled electrical capacity and high floor loads.
South Street Landing

The South Street Landing development includes three different aspects to the project; 1 commercial, 1 residential and 1 parking garage. The first segment to the project will be the reconstruction of the 265,000 square foot building consisting of academic and office spaces, located in the Jewelry District of Providence Rhode Island. The second part will be the 274 bed, student housing development containing seven floors and 153,000 square feet. Lastly, a 744 parking spot garage. This will provide close range parking for the Nursing education center, Brown, River House and Davol Square.

5 Channel Center Street is a 50,000 square foot building which has encountered a historic rehabilitation to its office. Located in the Channel Center District of South Boston the office is currently leased out to Fraunhofer USA. The building is considered LEED Platinum which boosts its appeal with the growing demographic of citizens who care about sustainability.

Davol Square is an existing 113,551 square foot structure and a contiguous approximately two-acre site, located in Providence’s Jewelry District immediately adjacent to the city’s major medical complex buildings. Based on current rezoning plans and the relocation of l-195, CV believes this will be one of the prime waterfront redevelopment sites in downtown Providence.
